We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is planned—join our newsletter to be notified.
A tracking link is emailed once your package ships. You can also check the status through your account using the same email used at checkout.
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. Items must include all parts and packaging. Contact us before sending a return.
Email support@precisecanner.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with easy instructions and a return label if eligible.
If an item is defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping. For other reasons (change of mind, etc.), the customer covers the return label.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll arrange a replacement right away.
